Dr. Michael Crockett
Hi, I’m Dr. Crockett, and I’ve been practicing dentistry here at Crockett Dental since 2005. I studied Medical Biology at the University of Utah before earning my dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
I love what I do because dentistry gives me the chance to connect with people, build lasting relationships, and help patients feel confident about their smiles. Staying up to date with the latest techniques and technology is important to me, so I can always provide the best care possible.
Outside the office, life is all about family. My wife, Kristie and I have three kids—Hadley, Cohen, and Cortland—who keep us on our toes. We also have a cute Goldendoodle named Scout who is part of the crew! We love being outdoors, and when we’re not cheering on Ohio State Athletics (Go Buckeyes!), you’ll probably find us on the water boating, wake surfing, or just soaking up the sunshine together.

Dr. Candace Cooley Payne
Dr. Candace Cooley Payne grew up in Redding, California. Dr. Cooley grew up playing sports, participating in many school activities, going to the lake and snow skiing. She completed her undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. She then went on to pursue her dental education at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Cooley is truly an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending much of her time in the great outdoors. She loves hiking, paddleboarding, white water rafting and everything in between. She also loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband Jared and their three daughters Lexi, Cici and Allie and her crazy golden retriever mix Honey.
Since graduating from UNLV SDM, Dr. Cooley has sought to provide the latest advancements in dentistry to her patients. She excels in all aspects of family and cosmetic dentistry and can provide complete dental care for her patients. Dr. Cooley is proud to support the team at Crockett Dental and enjoys caring for patients alongside Dr. Crockett.
